How do I place an order?

You can place an order from our website www.diberr.com and your items will be delivered anywhere in the word. Our website is the ONLY platform where authentic HOD brands can be purchased. We do not sell on any market place neither do we have any appointed agents. Should you find an House of Diberr product being sold on any other website other than www.houseofdiberr.com, kindly report same to us.

Do I need to create an account to shop at your webstore?

You don’t need an account to place an order with us and you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account means you can access your web order history and receive exclusive offers from us.
You can also sign up for our newsletter to ensure you don’t miss out on our amazing and exclusive offers.

How can I pay for my order? Can I use a gift card?

House of Diberr accepts payment made by Visa, MasterCard and DiscoveryYou may also pay with your HOD digital gift cards.

My promo code is not working?

If your promo code is not working, please check the following.
1. You are entering the correct promo code
2. The item (s) you’re ordering is (are) included on the promo code
3. The terms and conditions for any exclusions
4. The end date of your promo code (if any)

The payment page timed out, did my order go through?

If your order has been successful and we have taken payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after.
If you are unsure or believe the order has gone through but you have not received an email, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to assist you.

How do I amend an order?

Relax, please don’t worry about this – it happens more often than you think!
The key factor here is letting us know as quickly as possible, preferably by phone, to give us the best possible chance to catch your order before it leaves us.
If you realise you need to amend your order after it has been placed, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. We request that you call us immediately as if your order has not yet left us, we will be able to amend it for you. Please be aware that this will delay your order by around 48 hours from the original delivery estimate. If the required change involves adding an alteration, you will need to allow an additional 10 working days for this to be completed by our Tailoring Team, then your order will be sent out.
