Do I need to create an account to shop at your webstore?

You don’t need an account to place an order with us and you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account means you can access your web order history and receive exclusive offers from us.
You can also sign up for our newsletter to ensure you don’t miss out on our amazing and exclusive offers.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping prices vary and are subject to the weight, destination, and total contents of the parcel. Your shipping costs will be calculated once your delivery address is entered at the checkout.
Please note that any import taxes or customs charges are put in place by the receiving country and are not included in your delivery cost. Please ensure you are familiar with any local fees before placing your order.

Can I expedite my order?

We currently offer a next-day delivery service for some countries. Please select Next Day – upon checkout if it available in your region. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day in regions where this is available.
Please note that any order placed after 12:00 PM on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Can my item be gift wrapped?

Yes your item can be gift wrapped with a card included in the package.

If your country is not listed above we are not currently offering delivery to this destination. Please keep an eye on the website as we are constantly expanding our international delivery services.
All orders are delivered via courier or your local postal service and can be tracked for delivery. Please refer to your dispatch e-mail for tracking.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2-10 working days depending on your location. Please note that during busy times such as public holidays or sales periods*, orders may take slightly longer, the great thing is you can track your item until it arrives. Some countries can experience delays dependant on the country’s customs regulations. If you are experiencing delays please contact your carrier or local customs office directly.
